Just bought it, 20th November 2012

I just ordered the Ricoh MP-C305P yesterday after seeing the incredibly low price online. Still waiting for arrival, at which point I’ll let you know how it operates but for now I can say the sales service was excellent and ordering was easy. It’s due to arrive by the end of the week, which is an excellent turnaround time. Plus – that price! An incredible bargain for this class of machine.

Easy to Use, 20th November 2012

I was looking for the most technologically advanced hardware I could get at a decent price and took a gamble on the Sharp MX-2610n, mainly because I liked the sound of the ‘finger swipe’ control system and the Cloud connection. It turns out it was a good bet. The speed is decent and its pretty low maintenance for such a big machine – have refilled the tray once in 3 months and the cartridge is still going strong. A very easy to use copier and printer.

High Performance, 20th November 2012

The price tag might look high but, believe me, this multifunction device is worth every penny. It has now been part of our office infrastructure for half a year and in that time our energy usage has gone down significantly, our workflow has sped up noticeably and our office is running smoother than ever. Plus the post-sales support offered by Top4Office has been top notch too. I really did not expect it to have such a visible impact on our productivity but that is just how valuable a piece of equipment this is.

Bought This Last Week, 20th November 2012

After years of using separate devices for our printing, scanning and copying we decided it was time to invest in an All-in-one machine. As price was an issue we were delighted to find such a well known brand at such a low price. Since it arrived (last Monday, having been ordered the previous week) it has gone way beyond our expectations of how powerful a machine it would be. The prints and copies are far crisper and cleaner than those delivered by our previous hardware and the speed is terrific too.

As I am very concerned about document security, I was mostly interested in this model’s hard disc protection system that keeps sensitive information safe and trackable. We've now had the machine for a couple of months and I am very happy with this and every other feature it packs. Not to mention that it is a terrific printer and copier, fitting perfectly into the work processes at our small, busy office.

This is a really good printer and copier but that’s not the reason I am writing the review. What I was most impressed by was the excellent service we received (and are still receiving) from Top4Office. Ordering was straightforward, they installed it for us quickly and they integrated it into our system immediately. Since then their customer service team have been on hand in case we have any problems but, as the copier is top notch, we’ve never needed them. If only every business transaction could go so smoothly...

Perfect for our showroom, 20th November 2012

Believe it or not, our main concern when we bought this machine was volume. We have a busy showroom, with high end customers coming in and out all the time so we can’t have loud equipment running. When looking through office equipment sites I noticed reviews of the MP-305spf mentioning how quiet it was and the specs seemed to suit the size of the print and scan jobs we do. I’m happy to say that the reviews were accurate. It runs almost constantly in our office and you would barely know it’s there. The speed is great too.

Very happy with this purchase, 20th November 2012

I manage a 15 person office where we are printing and copying constantly. We had a separate photocopier and printer (both of them mid-priced) and had been inundated with problems from both machines - paper jams, ink cartridges running out midway through a job, unclear printing, etc. While we weren't sure about splashing out on an All-in-one, we decided to install the C3002AD as the price was low and we simply couldn't put up with the other machines any longer. What we got was a really fantastic piece of hardware that has exceeded our expectations. We have now been using it for six months and haven’t had a single problem yet. Our paperwork flow is quicker than ever, letting us all get on with the important job of running the business!

This copier is by no means cheaper than £3000, or at least it was not at the date of our purchase. Regardless, Toshiba studio 2540 does everything it was supposed to do and more, from printing lengthy documents to automatic duplication, scanning and electronic archiving. It also has a stapling function that we do not use that often. Image prints look nice and general print quality is superb, with crisp black and white text, good looking colour images. If you need a reliable photocopier that does not cost you a fortune, then this may be the one for you.
