Return / Refund Policy
Here at Top4Office, we pride ourselves in customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any of our products and inform us within seven days of receipt, we will arrange to collect them and give a full refund for the goods returned. If an item is faulty on delivery and we are notified with ten days of receipt, we will be happy to exchange the item. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packaging. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by our store policies.
Online Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on our website pages on the date the customer places the order. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are correct at the time of publication although errors and omissions are excepted. Our prices change from time to time due to market forces. If a price unexpectedly changes during a transaction you will be contacted and asked if you wish to proceed or reconsider your purchase. We endeavour to honour our displayed prices in normal circumstances.
Lease Options
To suit our customers needs, we offer lease options on total order values of more than £1000. If your total order is less than this amount, please contact our sales team to discuss the availability of lease options.
Customer Complaints
At Top4Office we value both our staff and customers. If you would like to make a complaint about any part of our service you can contact us by phone, fax, email or post. We aim to deal with any complaint promptly with confidentially to reach a mutual resolution.
